Welcome to Inner Map Massage. By accessing our website and scheduling services with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a safe, professional, and restorative environment for all.

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

• 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the service price.
• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the service price.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others. You will be responsible for the full session price.

Massage therapy is a therapeutic health aid and is non-sexual. It is designed for relaxation, stress reduction, and relief from muscular tension.

• Not Medical Advice: Services provided are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Massage therapists do not diagnose illness, prescribe medication, or perform spinal manipulations.
• Health History: It is the client’s responsibility to inform the therapist of all medical conditions and medications. Inner Map Massage is not liable for any injury resulting from the client’s failure to disclose medical conditions.

Inner Map Massage maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding inappropriate behavior.

• Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in the immediate termination of the session.
• The client will be liable for the full payment of the scheduled appointment.
• The client will be banned from booking future appointments.

Payment is due at the time of service unless a membership or package has been purchased in advance. We accept major credit cards and cash. Prices are subject to change at any time; however, appointments already booked will be honored at the price active at the time of booking.
