Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to Inner Map Massage. That time is reserved specifically for you to navigate back to balance. We understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

• Late Cancellations: Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the full session price.

We understand that emergencies and sudden illnesses happen. If you have a fever, are contagious, or have been exposed to a contagious virus, please stay home and reschedule. We are happy to work with you on a case-by-case basis regarding fees in true emergency situations.
